When I came back from Fiji in 2007, I found paradise. Our tour took us to the Northern Islands, which are known for still being untouched by mass tourism and for their upscale, boutique hotels and then to the main island. I spent 8 days all over the Northern Islands and 2 days on the main island. Our trip started off at the private island of Nukubati. We were greeted with fresh chopped coconuts to start it off right. We ate freshly caught fish, picked mangos in the backyards, took walks through the luscious rainforests, had a massage next to a waterfall, snorkeled with a reef shark and Nemo …and did a lot of other exciting things, which I can't wait to share with you.
