Where did the airfare rates go? Since January 2012 the
Department of Transportation requires all advertised rates to
include taxes & fuel surcharges. We welcome the new requirement as
it helps you, the consumer, to make an informed decision without any
surprises. However, taxes and fuel surcharges vary from city to city
and change on a daily basis. We would not be able to manually verify
every tax and city-pair on a daily basis and update our website.

Here are a few tips on how you can save on your next
- Book early! Airlines release the best specials about 4 months prior to
departure and even earlier for the Holiday Season
- Avoid weekends (Thursdays - Sundays) and save up to $60 per
